Hypersensitivity anaphylactic or hypothermia. Sudden death.
Pregnancy, lactation, breastfeeding, and potential risk to the developing baby.
Risk factors for seizures include diabetes, hyperglycemia, high blood pressure, hypotension, and cardiac arrhythmias. Trazodone can interact with the following drugs: antiepileptic drugs (AEDs); lithium, anticonvulsants, and antipsychotics. These interactions may occur during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Pregnancy. Lactation. Increased risk of seizure.
Risk factors for birth defects are low birth weight and decreased fetal movement and development. Lactation: There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Lactation: There is limited research into the possible effects of lorcaserin on pregnancy outcomes. Risks of pregnancy. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in lactating women. There is no evidence that lorcaserin increases the risk of LRTD or LFT abnormalities.
Serious adverse reactions, including: lupus erythematosus, lupus, hyperthyroidism, rhabdomyolysis, and severe infection with a bacterium called Mycobacterium avium complex. Drug interactions, especially with antiepileptic drugs, lithium, and anticonvulsants, are not well known. Trazodone can increase the risk of bleeding. Risk of heart attack and stroke in older adults. Severe reactions, including lupus erythematosus, lupus, hyperthyroidism, and rhabdomyolysis, have been reported with lorcaserin. In animal studies, Trileptal 600 mg/500 mg and oxcarbazepine Trileptal 600 mg/500 mg are associated with increased risk of severe infections. The drug can increase the incidence of heart failure.
